Row 1 (right side): Shell in the 6th
chain from the hook, skip the next 2 chains,
dc in next chain,
* skip the next 2 chains,
shell in next chain,
skip the next 2 chains,
dc in the next chain;
repeat from * across. Turn.
Row 2: Chain 3 (see notes),
* shell in ch-2 space of the next shell,
dc in the next dc,
repeat from * across,
ending last repeat with a dc
in top of the turning chain. Turn.
Row 3: Chain 3, * shell in ch-2 space of next shell,
work (dc in next dc, ch 2, dc in ch-2 space of next shell, ch 2) twice,
dc in the next dc,
