So, I have taken the time to do the numbers to ensure that you are able to complete this project. Later I will update this post with my completed blanket. hdc = half double crochet
Dc = double crochet
Tr = treble crochet
FPtr = front post treble crochet
FPdc – front post double crochet
BLO – back loop only

Notes
Chain 2 at beginning of round does counts as a hdc unless otherwise stated.
Chain 3 at beginning of round counts as a dc unless otherwise stated.
Corner – work (2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc) into each chain 1 corner space
If your gauge matches mine then your blanket should measure 36 inches at the end of Round 38
Each Round you will increase 16 stitches
Anytime that you feel that your blanket is finished or needs more rounds that’s total fine

Working With A

Round 23: Slip Stitch into next stitch and into next chain 1 space,
chain 3 (counts as dc), work (dc, ch 1, 2 dc) into same chain 1 space,
* dc in next 6 stitches, (FPtr around next stitch, dc in next next 2 stitches),
repeat from (to) across to FPdc,
work [FPdc around next 2 stitches, FPtr around next 2 stitches, FPdc around next 2 stitches, FPtr around next 2 stitches, FPdc around 2 stitches],
(dc in next 2 stitches, FPtr around next stitch),
repeat from (to) across to last FPtr, dc in next 6 stitches,
work Corner (See Notes), ** repeat 3 more times;
join with a slip stitch in top of beginning chain 3. (4 ch 1 sps, 6 FPdc, 30 FPtr, 66 dc per side)

Round 24: Slip Stitch into next stitch and into next chain 1 space,
chain 3 (counts as dc), work (dc, ch 1, 2 dc) into same chain 1 space,
* dc in next 8 stitches, (FPtr around next stitch, dc in next next 2 stitches),
repeat from (to) across to FPdc, work [FPdc around next 2 stitches,
FPtr around next 2 stitches, FPdc around next 2 stitches,
