Step 1: Insert hook into indicated stitch

Step 2: yarn over and pull through;

Step 3: [yarn over and pull through one loop on hook] twice

Step 4: yarn over and pull through both loops on hook

Note: When you work into the next stitch make sure the bobble is facing the right side.
