Digital Products
Crochet patterns and other digital downloads are non-refundable. Once you have received access to or downloaded your pattern, the sale is complete. We encourage you to read product descriptions and previews before buying.
Physical Products
If we offer physical products, those sales are also final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective; see Contact below for those situations.
