Stitch the Season
A seasonal crochet-along where we make beautiful things together.
Each season I release a collection of four coordinating crochet patterns — one per week — designed to be made together as a collection. Whether you make one pattern or all four, there is a place for you here.
The Stitch the Season crochet-along is free to join. Just grab the patterns and stitch along with us.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a crochet-along (CAL)?
A crochet-along is a community event where makers stitch the same pattern or collection at the same time, sharing their progress along the way. The Stitch the Season CAL releases one new pattern per week so we are all working on the collection together.
Is the CAL free to join?
Yes — the CAL is completely free to join. The patterns are available as paid PDF downloads, but there is no fee to participate in the community or share your makes.
Do I have to make all four patterns?
Not at all. Make one, make two, or make all four — it is completely up to you. Each pattern also stands alone as a beautiful finished object even if you never make the others.
What skill level is this CAL?
The Spring Awakening collection includes a mix of skill levels — from beginner friendly to intermediate. Here is a quick breakdown:
- Amber Rose Wrap — Intermediate
- Spring Morning Mini Bag — Easy / Intermediate
- Speckled Nest Eggs Set — Beginner Friendly (great first amigurumi!)
- Spring Coaster Set — Beginner Friendly
What yarn do I need?
Most patterns in the Spring Awakening collection use worsted weight (Size 4) yarn. The Amber Rose Wrap uses the yarn weight specified in the pattern. Download the free Yarn Guide on Patreon for full details including recommended brands and colorways.
I am new to amigurumi — can I make the Speckled Nest Eggs?
Yes! The Speckled Nest Eggs Set is designed with beginners in mind, including beginners to amigurumi. The PDF includes extra guidance on continuous spiral rounds, invisible decreases, stuffing, and embroidery. We are learning this one together!
Where do I share my progress?

I am a Patreon member — where do I find my patterns?

Will there be more Stitch the Season CALs?
