Row 1: Work 2 dc in the 4th chain from the hook, skip the next chain space, *work 2 dc in the next chain space, skip the next chain space,* repeat from *to* across, dc in the last chain. (2 dc, 98 V sts = 198 dc)
Row 2: Chain 3 (See Notes), *work 2 dc between each set of dc from the previous row (insert your hook into space between them), repeat from * across, end with a dc in the top of the beginning chain 3. (2 dc, 98 V sts = 198 dc)
