Hello Lovely,

I’m Mistie, owner and founder of American Crochet ~ AKA Mistie Bush Designs and Crafting A Rainbow Of Hope.

Where Simplicity Starts & Friendships begin.

Our Story

A family friend (more like a grandmother) taught me to crochet when I was 16 years old.

I picked crocheting back up in 2004 and started designing patterns in 2007.

I combined my love of crocheting, knitting, spinning yarn, caring for others, designing and dyeing, with my passion for business.

My husband, Kevin, helps me run the business.

We have 5 children, six dogs and a pig, who keeps us busy.

American Crochet ~ Mistie Bush Designs ~ Crafting A Rainbow Of Hope is an important part of supporting their family financially, and it is a lot of fun as well.

We enjoy interacting with all the awesome caring Crafters we have met along the way. We hope to continue doing this for a long time to come, with your support.

Our Goal
