Yarn: Approx 20 g yards Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton – Lemon & Aqua
Hook: 3.25 mm
Size: approx. 3 inches in diameter

Tension/Gauge is not necessary for this project to be perfect
I use US Crochet stitch terminology
Abbreviations:
CH – chain
SL ST – slip stitch
SC – single crochet
DC – double crochet
INSTRUCTIONS
Make a magic ring/ or CH 6 and SL ST to make a ring.
RND 1: CH 2; work 12 DC into ring;
SL ST into top of FIRST DC (skip the 2 CH);
RND 2: CH 2; work 2 DC into each DC of previous round (24 DC);
SL ST into top of FIRST DC (skip the 2 CH);
RND 3: CH 3; work 2 DC into first DC; CH 3; SL ST into SAME DC;
SKIP next DC;
*CH 3; work 2 DC into next DC; CH 3; SL ST into SAME DC;
SKIP next DC.
Repeat from * 4 more times.
(12 petals made)
Fasten off and weave in ends.
