The Stable Square is Block 23 in the Riverwood Square CAL – Modern Version. It blends height, softness, and spacing using basic stitches, Back Loop Only, Front Post Double Crochet, and the V-stitch. It’s a great addition to any layout — especially for crocheters who love a bit of structure with breathable texture.

Materials:
Red Heart Super Saver, 1 skein
To substitute, use a worsted weight yarn, 20 yards, preferable with similar fibers.

Hook:
US Size I (5.5 mm)
